Service Polices

Due to legal issues in the past and by the advice of Legal Council Vesper Promotions will NO longer provide any Services without a proper Service Agreement and/or Contract.

These contracts are not only for us it also Protects you the customer as well. These contracts are put into place to make sure we get compensated for are services as well as our clients getting the quality services they signed up for.

When our clients sign for our services we will strive to give them 110% of professional service in return.

All contracts are to be signed by either the President, Vice President, CEO, Owner, Manager, Asst Manager or anyone else who has the authority to sign.

All clients will recieve a copy of any and/or all contracts signed by the client.

Any contract that is signed is final and will be honored by both parties till further notice. Any cancellations must be done 72 hours before the event if not then Vesper Promotions will still have to be compensated for the price agreed upon for that event. Vesper Promotions will also grant that same courtesy by finding a suitable replacement at no extra cost to the client.
